If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy, see instructions for full refund below. When returning products to ORILLAN, the products must be in the original packaging and shall be returned, at own cost, within 30 days from the date of purchase. You are responsible for any damage that may occur during return of the item due to improper packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 


Conditions for a Full Refund

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase 
  3. item must not have any smell of cologne
  4. item purchased must be unused and be in same condition you received it with original packaging.
  5. item must not have any signs of stains
  6. Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached
  7. By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included.
  8. Item is mailed or shipped back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.


If your item does not meet the above criteria or is defective for any reason, please send us a message describing which of the conditions that have not been met and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive the item in a condition that does not meet our refund criteria, we reserve the option to not do a refund. However, if you meet our return and refund criteria above, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.
