Immediately after placing your order, you will be directed to our order confirmation page. Where you will be instructed to provide billing information and delivery address in the checkout page. We will send you a confirmation email with your ordered items and tracking link.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt, label or proof of purchase 
  • Item must not have any smell of cologne
  • Item purchased must be unused and be in same condition you received it with original packaging.
  • Item must not have any signs of stains
  • Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached
  • By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included.
  • Item is mailed or shipped back to us within 60 days from the date of purchase.

If your item does not meet the above criteria please send us a message and tell us which of the conditions that have not been met and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive the item in a condition that does not meet our refund criteria, we reserve the option to not do a refund. However, if you meet our return and refund criteria above, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy, instructions and directives found herein by reference. When returning products to Orillan, the products must be in the original packaging when you receive the product within 60 days. You are responsible for any damage that may occur during return of the item due to improper packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refunds after inspecting the item.

If you are yet to receive your order, please contact our support team with an updated delivery date. We will try to redeliver your product however, the second delivery will attract extra late delivery charge.
